Recently the company was taken over by Mona Backman and Wolfgang Brand, Managing Director oc Clever Marketing Internet S.L. The new owners are in the process of restructuring the company, to give it a new, more sophisticated image. The new IAFA Tours S.A. will focus on specific niche markets such as Event travelling and Golf travel packages to the Costa del Sol.The main market will be the Scandinavian countries, but the company intends to enter other markets namely Germany and the UK in the near future.

Clever Marketing was founded in 2003 after Wolfgang Brand pulled out of a partnership with Royalty Network Systems on the Costa del Sol. Shortly afterwards Royalty Network Systems failed to produce the numbers needed to cover it’s cost and was subsequently sold to Sandra Goovarts who reorganized the company under the name Exclusive Networking. In the year 2005 Clever Marketing took over the financially challenged Exclusive Networking who did not get and merged the two companies into one.
Wolfgang Brand managed to establish a reputation for the brand Clever Marketing, to be the one of leading Internet Marketing Consulting Firm in Spain. Clever Marketing serves some of the most prestigious real estate agents on the Costa del Sol and his renowned for professionalism and a high standard of business ethics.
Due to an increasing demand we began to expand our business beyond the Costa del Sol in providing internet marketing services to real estate companies and property developers all over Spain including the Costa Blanca, Mallorca and Tarragona. Today we market more then 20 websites on behalf of our clients and operate several property related websites ourselves having commission agreements with some of the best agents on the Costa del Sol.
